We partnered with Pokhara Enduro to design and develop a custom event registration and management platform for one of Nepal’s leading endurance sports events. The system was built to handle high-volume registrations, participant data, and event logistics in a structured and reliable way.
The Challenge
The client needed a streamlined digital system to replace manual registration processes and fragmented data handling. The platform had to support real-time registrations, participant management, and coordination across multiple event categories while remaining simple for both organizers and participants.
Our Approach
We built a custom web platform focused on fast registration flows, clean user experience, and structured backend data management. The system included participant registration forms, admin dashboards for event organizers, and tools to manage categories, entries, and communications.
We also ensured mobile-first design and performance optimisation to handle peak registration traffic during event announcements.
