We designed and delivered a road safety awareness and training program for over 100 drivers and conductors in collaboration with national road safety authorities.
The Challenge
The objective was to improve road safety awareness and driving behaviour among transport operators through structured, practical training.
Our Approach
We developed a customised training module focused on real-world driving scenarios, safety protocols, and behavioural awareness. Sessions were delivered in local language with interactive discussions and practical examples.
We also incorporated feedback mechanisms to assess understanding and retention.
The Result
The program successfully trained over 100 participants, improving awareness of road safety practices and strengthening compliance with safety standards.
