Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Systems Design

We design practical monitoring and evaluation systems that define clear indicators, data collection processes, and reporting frameworks so organisations can track progress and demonstrate impact from project start to finish.

Strong monitoring and evaluation begins at project design, not at reporting time. We design practical M&E systems that define clear results frameworks, indicators, and data collection processes so organisations can track progress and measure impact from the start.

We develop logframes, theory of change models, and SMART indicator libraries with clear definitions, baselines, data sources, and reporting methods. This ensures programme teams have tools they can actually use in the field for consistent and reliable measurement.

Our work covers the full M&E system setup, including survey tools, field data collection systems like KoboToolbox and ODK, reporting templates, and data quality assurance processes. Where needed, we also connect these systems to dashboards for real-time performance tracking.

We align with major donor requirements including USAID, World Bank, ADB, UN agencies, and the European Commission, and we also provide training so internal teams can independently manage and use the M&E system.
