We designed and developed a custom CRM system for Ethical Travel Portal to centralise travel enquiries, customer data, and trip operations into a structured, flexible platform built specifically for responsible tourism workflows.
The Challenge
Travel operations involved managing complex, trip-specific customer information across emails, spreadsheets, and manual forms. Each trip required different data points, and teams often had no consistent way to collect, organise, or share client information in a structured format.
Our Approach
We built a flexible CRM that allows ETP to assign enquiries to internal teams and define trip-specific data collection forms based on requirements. The system supports both internal data entry and client-side form submission, allowing teams to either fill in details directly or send structured forms to clients for completion.
Each trip can have custom fields, ensuring that only relevant information is collected per itinerary. All user data is automatically organised in a structured format that is easy to review, update, and manage.
We also added printable views for each client profile and trip, enabling clean documentation for operations, partners, and on-ground teams.
The Result
Ethical Travel Portal now operates with a highly organised CRM system that standardises customer data collection, reduces manual coordination, and ensures every trip has complete, structured, and printable client information tailored to its specific requirements.
